TERMS AND CONDITIONS*:

If you book a trip with Go Marruecos Travel Tours between March 6, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and May 31, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Booking Guarantee Window”), your trip qualifies for our Booking with Confidence offer. See details below.

For tours booked March 3 through May 31, 2020, customers will be permitted to change free of charge to a tour of equal or lesser value up to 12 months from the original tour booking date. If the new tour is priced higher, the customer may change for no fee but must pay the tour difference. If the new tour is priced lower, the customer may change for free but no residual value will be given. If the customer decides to cancel their tour, they can retain the value of the tour to be applied to a new tour without fee, for travel up to 12 months from the original ticket issue date.

  • Cancellations: If the customer decides to cancel the tour they booked between March 3 and April 31, 2020, they can retain the value of the tour to be applied to a new tour without fee for travel up to 12 months from the original tour date.

  • Fare Validity: This applies to all tours, all circuits types, all destinations, all points-of-sale, all travel dates available for sale

  • Minimum Stay: No minimum stay.

  • Blackout Dates: No blackout dates.

Exclusions

  • ANY SERVICES, INCLUDING AIR, BOOKED BY A THIRD PARTY OTHER THAN GO MARRUECOS TRAVEL TOURS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE OFFER. YOUR TRIP IS NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE AT 29 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE DATE.

  • DURING THE BOOKING GUARANTEE WINDOW, THIS SPECIAL PROMOTION REPLACES AND SUPERSEDES THE CANCELLATION TERMS SET FORTH IN GO MARRUECOS TRAVEL TOURS TERMS & CONDITIONS. IN THE EVENT OF A CONFLICT OR INCONSISTENCY BETWEEN THIS SPECIAL PROMOTION AND OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS, THIS SPECIAL PROMOTION SHALL GOVERN.
